AMOUNTS
These images show the amounts you need to mix with and dose with. there is a huge difference between 1ml and 1 unit. when mixing for injections, you need to use 150 unit or 1.5mls. then recommended starting dose is 5 units. if you are still unsure on instructions, please message to check to make sure you aren't using too much.
(these are suggestions only and can be titrated with more water (never less) if you are wanting to start on a lower dose)
INJECTION KITS
Injection kit instructions are linked here. Again, they are a guide only. If you want to customise your dose to your weight, you can take 1 unit per 10kgs of bodyweight. It is very easy to work out.
e.g: 50 kgs, you would only need 5 units per dose. There is no need to increase beyond that. The recommendation in all available data states to not exceed 1mg total.
Injections need to be used every second day. Once you've achieved a colour you are happy with, you can drop down to twice a week to maintain your colour.

NASAL SPRAYS
Nasal spray instructions are here. We have also made a video showing how to mix, please reach out when you order if you would like this sent to you. Both vials go into your nasal spray bottle. You need to repeat the "rinse" with water to ensure you've extracted all of the product for your nasal bottle. Nasals need to be used daily whilst you are building your tan. Once you've reached a colour you are happy with, you can start using every second to third day to maintain.
